Queers: Americas New Nigger

Blacks were discriminated against because of the color of their skin. Homosexuals face discrimination from those who feel homosexuality is morally wrong. There are no signs on water fountains that read "straight only", and while "no federal law prevents a person from being fired or refused a job on the basis of sexual orientation" there are few companies in America brazen enough to openly discriminate against anyone. Fear of costly civil law suits, bad publicity, as well as the wrath of all the various homosexual pressure groups makes anti-gay discrimination a rare practice.

The supporters of segregation were fighting a loosing battle from the beginning because one cannot reasonably argue that a persons skin color is immoral. Despite what mass media would have you believe, however, one can reasonably argue that homosexuality is immoral. Perhaps my perception is too limited, but I do not foresee any end to this moral dilemma. What I do foresee is that "gay rights" activists will eventually get everything they want. The day will soon come when gays will be allowed to marry, raise kids, and do all the other things straight people do.

Weather or not those are good things is not for me to decide, but I am left with the question "who or what will be next"? What group of people will be the next victim for the civil rights movement to defend? Whatever you may believe about homosexuality, keep in mind that the pervert of today, be it child molesters, necrophiliacs, or people who have sex with animals, may be Americas new nigger tomorrow.
